How to Avail
Customers must avail of the My Dear: You & Me Together Valentine’s Photo Package at any participating Dearself branch.

Terms and Conditions
- The Dearself My Dear: You & Me Together (Valentine’s Promo) e-voucher must be printed upon claiming.
- No printed Dearself My Dear: You & Me Together e-voucher, No Redemption.
- The e-voucher can be claimed at any nearest Dearself Studio in your area.
- The e-voucher is non-refundable.
- The e-voucher is not convertible to cash.
- Customers may purchase multiple vouchers.
- The e-voucher may be given as a gift. Kindly input the first and last name of your intended recipient on the checkout page instead of your name. For multiple gift vouchers, we recommend checking out one by one.
- The e-voucher is NOT valid in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
- Any rebooking due to client request is subject to branch availability and existing branch policies.
- Customers may book a maximum of three (3) products/services at the same time.
- A valid ID is required for verification upon redemption.
Redemption Guidelines
- Present the printed voucher or confirmation of booking to your preferred Dearself branch.
- The voucher or online booking is valid for Couples or Partners only.
- The voucher may be redeemed from Mondays to Sundays during mall hours.
- The voucher can only be redeemed at the branch selected during booking. Switching of branches is not allowed.
- The voucher is valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
- For online/advance booking, the voucher is valid only on the time and date booked.
- Failure to redeem within the validity period will render the voucher invalid.
- Rescheduling is allowed provided you contact your chosen branch at least three (3) days before the original schedule date.
- Rescheduling within the three-day lock-in period will incur a 50% rescheduling fee based on the package price.
- The customer is responsible for managing their booking/reservation schedule.
- No refunds or free rescheduling within the three-day lock-in period prior to your reserved time slot.
- Booking/Reservation in branches may be used in conjunction with other promos or discounts, subject to branch approval.
