Terms and Conditions:

1. The voucher or online booking is valid for the Dear Love photo session. 
2. The voucher or confirmation of booking must be printed and presented in the branch upon claiming.
3. The voucher is non-refundable.
4. The voucher is not convertible to cash.
5. The voucher can be given as a gift. 
6. The voucher is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
7. The voucher is valid up to six months from the date of purchase. For online booking, the voucher is valid on the booking date and time.

Redemption Guidelines:

1. Present the printed voucher or confirmation of booking to your preferred DearSelf branch.
2. The voucher or online booking is valid for the Dear Love photo session. 
3. The voucher can be redeemed from Mondays to Sundays during mall hours.
4. The voucher can be redeemed at your preferred branch only, switching of branches is not allowed.
5. The voucher is valid for (6) months from the date of purchase. For online/advance booking, you can only use it on the time & date that you booked.
6. Failure to redeem within the validity period will render the voucher invalid. 
7. A valid ID is required for verification upon redemption.
